Still a fun book, but overall disappointing from blizzard quality. Several pop-ups aren't well aligned or well measured, so they never fully pop up or create a flat surface (such as the table) when the book is open. One pages pop-ups ripped for me in the first time it opened.Compared to other modern pop up books, the pop ups in this one aren't terribly impressive or difficult.Still a fun book, and I'll keep it in my collection, and I definitely want to encourage blizzard to make more of these, but the entry could have been better.
I've gone through the original order and 6 replacements yet the books are coming out damaged from the manufacturer. Some pages are bent, ripped or plan just don't pop out correctly. Its very sad since its such a great idea and the art work looks wonderful yet I can't seem to get a product that works as intended. Blizzard should demand they recall the book and make it right!
I hesitated to get this for a long time after reading so many reviews about how fragile and defective it was. After receiving an Amazon gift card and noticing a price drop I decided to take the plunge anyway since I am a big Hearthstone fan. MAN, I AM GLAD I DID. This book is really awesome.Yes, it is fragile, but no more fragile than you would expect a pop-up book this intricate to be. I have opened and closed every page multiple times and no damage or tears have happened. The pop-up effect is fantastic too. Super impressive and even though the book is five pages there is enough detail to keep you exploring the pages for quite a while.In the end, it just comes down to how much you appreciate stuff like this. It isn't for everyone, but it was definitely worth it for myself.
It’s a good quality pop-up, but there really no “story†being told here. It’s more of a quick overview of how the game works- not something that adds to the lore of the game.Also- it’s only 5 pages. Again- the pages are cool, but not cool enough to justify the cost.
This is an excellent pop up book that is constructed with high quality material though the problem is pricing, length of the book, and certain pages are hard to use without the feeling of breaking/tearing it up. It is a great book for fans of Hearthstone/Blizzard, but for the price it might be a pass until it is within reason to warrant the purchase.
A very colorful, beautiful pop-up book with excellent paper engineering. a ''must have' book for a any pop-up book collector. After I received this book, I liked it so much that I bought another copy. Both of the books I received were in perfect condition.
