Received this amazing little book today and I am in love. Each page is filled with amazing illustrations and great easy reading matierial. To be honest I put this book away for now because I don’t want my two year old to ruin it. So basically I bought it for me🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ Thank you for releasing such a great book representing a true icon!
The much anticpated Selena board book from little libros did not disappoint!This adorable book does not give you the story of Selena, but instead it highlights memorable aspects of the Latina pop star in short sentences and key words to go with the illustrations. Yes, even big Bertha is mentioned!In true little libros form, this book is short and sweet, with strong, durable pages, which are perfect for toddlers.My book did arrive with some dents and dings but since I purchased it for my 18months old it was not an issue for me.I recommend this book for any Selena fan, no matter the age!
Got it because it looked pretty cool, loved the graphics and of course it’s character. Though this book only has 1 sentence per page, a total of about maybe 8-10 sentences. Figured it would actually tell her story in a paragraph per page at least. That was the only disappointment. Niece and nephews enjoyed it either way.
I pre-ordered and I read it as soon as I got home. "Beautiful" was the word that came to mind when I finished reading. I even got a little teary-eyed. I originally bought this for my 2 year old daughter's Easter basket but I think I might hold onto it a little longer, until she can truly appreciate it.
Perfect! I've been a Selena fan since the age of 9 (since '93). Always listen to her music....been influencing my kids with her music. This is the perfect way for my 4yr old....she LOVES the book. She had her uncle read it to her as soon as it delivered, same day had her dad, myself read it to her. she even fell asleep with the book :) Great purchase!!!!!
I love Selena and I’m really happy with this book! I like this biography better than the other biography books (i.e. Celia Cruz Biography) because it has full sentences and not just keywords

This was a gift for a dear friend's daughter. I give books to all my friends children as it is such an important part of childhood development and a great way to bond with then. This book was too cute to not purchase and my friend was so excited to see it. The bilingual aspect was also great and I'm buying one for my own niece's as well!
