I haven't read all of it yet. But so far I am finding it very interesting.
Almost 20 years ago, I bought into Jehovah's Witnesses indoctrination. This book was a major influence in my decision to leave the organization. Reed was one of Jehovah's Witnesses for 13 years. He brings an insider's view of the organization. Because of this, he is able to write plainly but non-judgmentally about Jehovah's Witnesses. If not for his compassionate tone I would have blown off what he had to say. But I kept reading because I knew he wasn't against me or any other of Jehovah's Witnesses. His Christ-like spirit bypassed all my defenses and enabled me to hear his message. He also gives practical advice for approaching converts. I've read many books about cults over the years. In my opinion, this is one of the most valuable out there.
A very good reference text describing very helpful processes and the required attitudes of those who wish to help loved ones get out of the cult. The author refers to hiss own experience just as David Bridges does in his two and about to be three books. This book should be read and on hand for all social workers, mainstream church clergy and those with RMFT and CTS qualifications

Excellent. May all true believer's in Jesus Christ, and God's true Word, the Bible, Thru the Holy Spirit, Be able to help someone caught up in the cult of the Watchtower. I thank you David Reed.
