Great book for anyone looking to understand complex buying environments and how to build systems to harness procurement mojo.The book has a strong focus on people as the building blocks of success. And it is full of practical advice delivered in Sigi’s direct style. When explain why you need supply base management, he says: “it will enable you to separate the chicken salad from the chicken sh1t in your supply baseâ€.If you are passionate about procurement then this book speaks your language.
